July 3rd

Today is July 3rd!

We leave on July 11th!

8 More Days until we LEAVE for NEBRASKA!

We are so very, very excited!

Our plan is to drive from here in the "High Desert" (ie: Southern California)

 to Green River, Wyoming in one day

 (approx. 12 hours (including a one hour time change)), 

spend the night,

and then travel from Green River, Wyoming to North Platte, Nebraska.

(approx. 7.5 hours (with another one hour time change)).

It's A LOT of driving.

 We have decided to not go through Colorado on our journey

(thanks, Dad, for the help!) because it is mountainous 

and we will have two big luggage's and one big duffel bag on the top 

of our car.

In other news, tomorrow (July 4) marks the last leg

of our journey through the couches here in California!

We leave our Uncle Shane & Aunt Dee's house

and go to Brian's parents house for our last little bit.

and we're starting to realize that six months is a long time

to go without seeing our loving and supportive family.
