Because we are taking our car on the 1,300 mile journey to Nebraska, the fender bender damaged was something that we could not ignore & we went ahead and fixed it up.
Here is the Kia with its damage. Notice the hole in the bumper to the left, the huge dent by the key entry to the right under the "graduate sign" and the multiple dents throughout the entire trunk area.
Here is our beauty now:
Isn't she GORGEOUS?! They replaced not only the bumper & trunk lid, but also the "KIA" & "RIO" logos! She also has a new coat of paint back in the trunk area that sparkles & is so smooth! Since they replaced the bumper as well, "TO THE HOTEL" is no longer painted across it from our wedding three years ago (thanks again, bridal party.... lol). We are very happy with the fix & very happy that our insurance is so wonderful! This plus the rental car didn't make as huge of a dent in our budget as suspected, which is good as we still have the 60,000 mile work that needs to be done to our pretty Kia.
